Our four casitas offer luxury and comfort on the shore of Lake Atitlan.

All of our casitas are self-catering and offer private laundry facilities. Each contains three full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and wrap-around balcony.

Casa Santa Catarina

This casita reflects the culture in our community, embracing the blue and green palette of the town’s colorful traditional clothing. Sleep easy surrounded by moon and star motifs in the house of our village namesake. Sweet dreams…

Casa Jaguar

This casita takes its name from the sacred animal of ancient Tikal. In this casita, the focus is on the abundant variety of fauna native to Guatemala, especially the highlands and rainforest. 

Casa Mil Flores

This casita celebrates the tropical beauty of Atitlán in all its blossoming glory. Flowers and the flower market are central to life and commerce in Atitlán, and this casita pays homage to a long tradition of incorporating floral motifs into delicate textiles, intricate woodwork, and fine art.

Casa Santiago

This casita offers incredible views of Lake Atitlán and the south shore’s volcanoes. Named for the area’s largest town across the water, Santiago reflects that town’s huipil: a palette of blue and a love affair with brightly colored birds.

  • We love our stay at the villa. It’s gated and private with direct access to the lake behind the house. On clear days you can see the three volcanoes at the lake. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Very peaceful, you can hear birds singing.

  • The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much. The view of the lake from the pool is spectacular! The location is great because your are able to relax in a very peaceful place and you are also able to get to Panajachel easily. The attention to detail in the house makes you feel at home. Juan was incredibly helpful ever since we got to the property. We loved the place so much that we had to extend our stay.
